They grow into delivery-focused roles, and can progress within their current role, laterally or upward.Job Description:The Workflow Manager role will initially be responsible for leading the Workflow Redesign workstream for a large Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) transition. The workstream involves an operational upgrade of their workflow system, AWD where the backend database for this workflow tool has been updated, but workflows have not been revised to leverage the new functionality.The role will require a subject matter expert to lead this workstream. Additionally, this role will also be responsible for leading the strategic decision making process for invest/replace decision for the current workflow capability. Beyond the work for this single account, the person is expected to continue to be the SME for industry workflow tools and their application to the life insurance industry. This person will need technical expertise in multiple workflow tools as well as extremely deep Insurance and Annuity process knowledge. Having this expertise within the Accenture Operations is critical as we grow the Insurance Operations Offering.QualificationsBasic Qualification:* Minimum of 8 years of experience within a Business Processing Outsourcing (BPO) environment for insurance processing across one or more of the following departments: claims, new business, underwriting, policy holder services, financial services, compliance, mail room.Preferred Skills:* Define processes to facilitate business needs, improve processes, standardize workflows, and adhere to regulation requirements* DST's AWD (Automated Work Distributor) software product suite to administer workflow processes (including AWD Viewstation, AWD Portal, AWD10 Server EnCorr, AWD Fax, AWD Scan, Business Intelligence Reporting, Knowledge Enabler)* Advanced skills using Word, Excel, and VISIO to generate lifecycle documents, map data elements, perform data analysis, and create process flow diagrams* SQL Query capability* LSS Certification* Bachelor's degree in Business or related fieldApplicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States and with Accenture.Equal Employment Opportunity StatementAccenture is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
