Responsibilities: Responsible for following project methodology, performing research, analysis, functional design, issue tracking, implementation coordination and issue resolution for assigned tasks. Required to perform complex analysis and gain a thorough understanding of the current processes along with the expected outcome for new system processes and enhancements. Will work with supervision and responsible for following appropriate emergency and escalation procedures. Required to make formal recommendations, presentations and submitting written documentation to project leads, IS BSA Leads, IS SME's and management for review and approval. Must be capable of sharing knowledge, documentation and experience with others. Strong team player who operates effectively in a team environment as well as individually. Maintains consolidated reporting to the IS Leads, Stakeholders, Project Managers and can include milestone summaries, key issues, risks, benefits, and individual status reports. Must be able to synthesize large amounts of data into presentable and actionable formats for project teams, management and business owners. Consistently leverage or modify existing reporting formats, utilize previously developed tools or develop new tools\formats when required. This position takes a proactive role in learning business processes, system impacts and business ramifications. Assures the comprehensiveness and accuracy of documentation delivered to sufficiently support recommended actions, business requirements and continued maintenance. Performs other analysis, documentation, and tasks as required. Education/ Experience: * Bachelor's Degree B.S. in Business Administration, Information Systems Technology, or equivalent experience in a business/technical environment. * Minimum of Five to seven years work experience with Information Systems, or related business area. * Six years work experience performing complex business analysis, working within a structured SDLC process, and system implementations. Other Skills: * Experience with Facets or any configurable Healthcare systems experience in two or more of the following modules: Claims, Members (Eligibility), Providers and/or Finance.
