As an Outpatient Physical Therapist at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center (ATRMC), you will have the advantage of working in a facility that is the pride of the community. You will also have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of patient diagnoses.We are looking for individuals who thrive in a positive, team-oriented work environment, and who want to practice their craft in a supportive, development-oriented workplace and who are comfortable working in intensive care, general medical and surgical units. We have a busy orthopedic and sports medicine programs as well as a general Med/Surg population. Therapists must be flexible as work in both acute and outpatient settings including occasional weekend and holiday coverage. Therapists will be expected to occasionally work at Three Rivers Medical Center as needed.QUALIFICATIONSExperience* No experience required outside of school degree, however experience in a wide variety of settings is preferred.* Ability to adhere to and maintain expertise regarding federal and state regulations, and specific carrier requirements.Licensure* Physical Therapist license by the Oregon Physical Therapist Licensing Board* Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (BLS) certified by the American Heart AssociationRequired Skills* Ability to process information and to problem-solve individually and within a team setting* Ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately and to manage time well* Flexibility with scheduling along with the ability to provide treatment to patients on weekend assignments* Strong knowledge of office procedures and business* Ability to make decisions independently and in accordance with established policies* Exceptional customer service skills, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality appropriate for a large corporate environment* Strong organizational skills, with close attention to detail* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, and Word* Electronic medical documentation experienceCompensation & Benefits* Competitive salary, including flexible workforce incentiveAbout Asante and Southern OregonAsante is a local, community owned and governed, not-for-profit organization that provides comprehensive health care services to more than 550,000 people in a nine-county area of Southern Oregon and Northern California.
