Our products that we manufacture include over 150 different types of diary inflations to fit most brands and types of shells, as well as tubing, claws, filters and a variety of other products for the dairy parlor. We also have our Farm Services division, which makes the liner change process simple, cost effective and hassle-free.At milkrite | InterPuls, we support both businesses and farmers with innovative products, services and continuous training activities. We provide fully integrated systems where all the aspects of herd management and milking are integrated: constantly monitoring and controlling efficient milking.You will find our products and services all over the world, from South Africa to Thailand. We serve them through a well-developed network of distributors and technical dealers which are constantly developing.In this position you will deliver to customer and business expectation from material scheduling through to delivery of product and/or service. An ideal candidate would have knowledge of Six Sigma and of milking systems on the farm. Essential to be proficient in the use of computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively train others. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and desire to work in a team is required. Past supervision experience is desired.Responsibilities and duties:* Establish, monitor, improve and report KPI's as relevant to the business objectives as part of 'SQUID'* Measure, promote and ensure a safe working environment within the Exchange Centers* Ensure systemic and product quality expectations are met in all Exchange Center activities* Technical support for customer service on complex or nonstandard requests* Escalation point for direct customer contact* Verify new customer set up, requirements, and establish new customer 'product master' or 'bill of materials' on MRP* Optimize the flow of product through the Exchange Centers from material scheduling through to shipping* Maximize process efficiency through improvements and prioritization* Maximize efficiencies through ERP usage* Develop team members to maximize their contribution and growth* Maximize inventory turns while delivering customer needs. Forecast future inventory levels* Manage aging, excess and obsolete inventory to minimal l vels* Deliver OTIF (on time in full) to customers with product and/or services* Manage a P&L for the business activities including discretionary overhead spend* Develop, seek Exec approval and execute annual CAPEX and OPEX budgets* Support introduction of new products/services into the Exchange Center* Share and integrate best practice with other Exchange Centers* File commercial agreements and codes with customers* Set the next change dates, communicate change reports and calendars to customers, and generate the manufacturing plan for Modesto CES* Follow up with customers who are slow to change or not returning product complete in Modesto CES* Maintain database, customer contact information, bills of materials, and part numbers.
