If you possess an interest and have an aptitude for manufacturing and learning check out the details below. What will your average week look like? * You will operate a forklift during routine performance of duties * Unload , receive, inspect, and stage raw materials, scrap, packaging materials, chemicals, and other supplies. * You will removes finished products from the production areas ensuring proper identification, banding, and labeling to meet customer specifications. * You will be responsible for replenishing supplies in assigned areas. * Review warehouse production planning schedule to determine duties for shipping and receiving * Ensures finished goods are properly documented for shipment * You will coordinates processed scrap materials at bins and hoppers, Bands and stores materials, loads trucks as necessary * Conducts inspection of and routine preventative maintenance on assigned equipment * Conducts inspection of materials used for packaging and inspects trailers and air bags * You will communicates any machine malfunctions * Perform clean-up, painting and housekeeping duties * Follow job safety practices, policies, and procedures for safe performance of assignments * Must wear appropriate safety glasses, hearing protection, clothing, and footwear in appropriate areas and follow safety practices * Work a 12 hour rotating shift, it is expected to be 3 on / 3 off. Shifts will rotate from days to nights every 2 weeks. What are we looking for? * High school Diploma or equivalent required Preferred Qualifications * Ability to learn to identify product defects * Ability to pass an approved forklift test * Working knowledge of the following areas: forklift maintenance and operation; rules and regulations for handling batteries or LP gas tanks; knowledge of nomenclature of assigned equipment * Follow EHS procedures including maintaining compliance to certification requirements and use appropriate PPE for each assigned task; make recommendations to improve ergonomics, health and safety of work Want to learn more?
