Reports to: Vice President, USA, Exchange Product We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join the Product Management team in Blacksburg, Virginia or Arlington, Virginia. As a Product Manager for Digital Asset Custody, you will be responsible for working with a cross-functional team to plan, build, launch, and enhance blockchain based custody solutions to support Block.one Financial Service's current and future projects. Reporting to the Vice President of Product, you will coordinate closely with Block.one's international Product, Project & Engineering teams (US, Hong Kong, Singapore), and also act as the main point of contact with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and other departments. This position is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in FinTech and what blockchain can do for the financial services industry as a whole. Responsibilities: * Define and manage the product roadmap, setting and continuously managing the right expectations with all relevant stakeholders. * Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners. * Gather requirements from internal/external stakeholders. * Own the product feature ingestion process (through customer interviews or other means). * Develop use-cases, product requirements and prototypes, working closely with Engineering. * Support Product Marketing to create customer focused messaging and content (e.g. product awareness/launch). * Deliver product enablement materials such as demos and videos for Developer Relations field teams (e.g. sales, sales engineers, consulting, etc.). * Define & monitor product success metrics. * Attend trade shows and other events to help showcase products. * Some domestic & international travel is required. * Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.). * 3+ years of product management or other relevant experience. * Experience working directly with designers and engineers to design and iterate on products. * Strong project management and time management skills. * Experience with tools like Jira, Microsoft ADO, Github, Trello, etc. * Experience working in a distributed organization. * Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Extra Points: * Prior experience in or knowledge of digital asset custody. * Prior experience building & maintaining bank integrations within complex systems / business processes. * Knowledge of the blockchain industry. * Familiarity with the EOSIO software.
