This position will collaborate with the enterprise culture team to develop and support integrated strategies and coordinated operational plans, including but not limited to engagement, experience, recognition, community, and wellbeing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, the Chief Experience Officer and the Chief Culture Officer, the Program Manager supports leaders, physicians, trainees and employees across the Hospital and Physicians' Organization through a variety of initiatives that touch every aspect of the enterprise. This Enterprise Culture Program Manager II will be responsible to: * PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Collaborate with the enterprise culture team in developing, initiating, and overseeing projects to enhance workforce recognition, experience, and professional development of enterprise staff * Provide hands-on operational support for all culture and engagement including coordinating program offerings. Schedule, set agendas and support workgroup meetings/forums * Coordinate execution of enterprise culture initiatives while collaborating with multiple stakeholders, departments and levels * COMMUNICATIONS: Create content and develops a collaborative approach to enterprise internal communications by the enterprise culture efforts and marketing and communications. Should have experience or willingness to learn commonly used technical tools to maintain websites, intranets, produce and store videos and post to social media sites * DATA ANALYSES: Collaborate with the enterprise culture team in advancing and managing a range of enterprise culture surveys, metrics as well as related reporting and response measures. Responsible for monthly culture dashboard report and ad hoc quarterly corporate dashboards. May assist in engagement survey analyses and reporting * Develop and maintain an integrated, enterprise-wide culture project management schedule with key program milestones and community events * Support and lead ad hoc project teams as required. Prepare agendas, meeting presentations and minutes as well as facilitates work-group meetings To qualify you must have: * A Bachelor's degree in a health related field and at least 6 years' experience in health care management/administration * Experience working with multiple internal stakeholders such as business partner, customer, finance, suppliers, etc. in planning and executing projects * Experience leading projects that require integration across business units and/or multiple functions * Project management skills * Awareness of data analytics and metric development * Strong communication and writing skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively and respectfully interact with people from diverse backgrounds and at all levels of the enterprise * Comfort with both long-term, slower-growth projects as well as responsiveness to dynamic planning and timelines Please note: During a public health emergency, individuals in this role may be expected to take on additional duties to respond to organization needs.
