A role you will love The Treasury Back Office Analyst is responsible for accurate and timely input and/or approval/release of all payment types including uploads and corporate wires. They will process all incoming funds using the Payment Tool, complete FX trades and perform daily reconciliation of wires. The Analyst is also responsible for the creation and distribution of daily reporting, analyzing funds flow, and will assist in resolving inquiries and escalations. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Accurate and timely input and/or approval/release of all payment types, including wires, ACH, book transfers, FX transactions, and uploads. Complete daily FX trades * Creation and distribution of daily reports and analysis of funds flow. * Assist other departments with their questions and requests including processing the research queue and escalated items. Assist with the training of new staff * Complete daily Verification of wires for assigned banks. Follow up in a timely manner on outstanding variances * Assist with projects related to the funding system, wire system, banking enhancements. Develop process improvements to daily, weekly, and monthly processes to ensure functions are being performed accurately and efficiently. What will you bring to the role? Required: * Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * The Treasury Back Office Analyst should have at least 3 years of general office experience. Treasury experience is preferred. * Technical skills desirable for this role include Advanced Excel, Intermediate Word, PowerPoint, Outlook. Database software knowledge is recommended. Treasury Management System experience is preferred. * The Treasury Back Office Analyst should be familiar with banking, market, and investment products relevant to this role. They should also be familiar with Treasury Front Office relationships with internal business partners, and the services and products they offer to Computershare customers. They may have previous experience interacting with key external organizations, such as banks, auditors, and regulators.
