Job Description Information about the Role, Line of Business, and Team: The Salesforce CRM Administrator will work closely with department heads and other key users to solve cross-departmental problems, assist in the implementation of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for the Accident and Health Division, as well as maximize the adoption and implementation of future applications. What you will do: * Maintain and maximize the A&H Salesforce.com platform for assigned applications * Collaborate with department heads and managers to prioritize and implement new applications and modifications to existing applications, which will enhance our business processes and integrate with our existing technology * Manage and create custom objects, workflow rules, approval processes, validations rules, page layouts, formulas, dashboards and reports * Effectively manage software and version updates for assigned applications to ensure a seamless user experience * Review, organize, and maintain User Roles & Profiles * Understand business processes to accomplish short terms goals and create long term visions * Constantly communicating CRM related concerns, changes, processes, and explanations * Learn to understand company culture and company manual processes before implementing automated processes * Provide timely support for all support requests from Salesforce.com users such as adding or removing users, granting additional privileges, password resets, etc. * Provide ongoing training to Salesforce users, team leads, and department trainers * Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce.com suite by staying abreast of industry and vendor best practices and introducing opportunities that would benefit other Business Units * Perform other duties as assigned to support projects or departmental needs What YOU will bring to C&F: * Ability to work independently with a keen attention to detail * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment * Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills * Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly and user-friendly language * Highly self-motivated and directed * Team-oriented and ability to effectively work with a collaborative environment Requirements: * 3-5+ years working experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator * Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience * Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality * Proven experience with Financial Services Cloud * com Administrator Certification preferred * Programming experience in Apex, SQL, or scripting languages is a plus * Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and/or Einstein Analytics experience is a plus What C&F will bring to you * Competitive compensation package * Generous 401K employer match * Employee Stock Purchase plan with employer matching * Generous Paid Time Off * Excellent benefits that go beyond health, dental & vision.
