The Team: Datadog's Sales Operations team continues to expand as we work to continuously improve and solve business problems on the GTM Sales Ops team.  We are looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to join us in Boston, MA. You will drive operational excellence for our day to day GTM processes. You will work with leadership to drive adoption and process improvement and collaborate with sales to enhance their experience with Sales Operations.   You Will:  * Provide front line sales support and collaborate with Sales stakeholders on process improvement and training needs * Support Sales in execution of Territory Management, Lead & Account Assignment, Reporting & Dashboards and Rules of Engagement  * Assist Sales day to day understanding and adoption of various Datadog tools and Salesforce processes * Run training sessions with Sales Reps on key processes for Salesforce and other tools * Support leadership with business improvements by providing data analysis  * Contribute ideas for process improvement observed in your day to day * Build and foster relationships with your counterparts in Marketing Operations, Strategy and Enablement to align on optimizations for Lead to Opportunity processes * Monitoring ticket queues and aligning other team members on resolution * Working with Sales Reps to resolve and address routine issues by applying Datadog  policies and procedural knowledge for the Top of Funnel function   You Are: You are motivated to learn, enjoy building relationships, detail oriented and love solving problems head-on.
