If you are looking to work for an accredited institution with advanced technologies and have a minimum of 2 years of Level III NICU experience, please apply within our NICU Department.In this role you will be responsible for:Functioning as a flow coordinator who is responsible for the overall movement of patients in a safe and efficient mannerCoordinating all patient care activities and be a liaison attending to ensure that care can be delivered in an efficient and safe mannerAppropriately delegating the workload and is a role model for teamwork, leadership and professionalismMaintaining responsibility for department flow, monitoring staff development, standards compliance, and day-to-day operations of the departmentJob descriptions are subject to change with continued Activation PlanningModifications may be made at any time based on operational and patient needsIf you possess the following qualifications, please apply immediately:Bachelor's degree in Nursing requiredCurrent Pennsylvania RN license, active and in good standing is requiredBLS certification through the American Heart Association requiredGraduate from accredited school of nursingCurrent Neonatal Advanced Life Support (NALS) Certification requiredCurrent Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification requiredS.T.A.B.L.E. certification preferredPrevious clinical experience preferredOne year previous charge nurse experience requiredThree years of experience working on a Neonatal ICU unit requiredSuccessful completion of a skills based test requiredPhysical Demands:Physical Requirements: Must be able to walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time. Frequently lift, pull, push and move various weights (patients and equipment up to 400 pounds).
