This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, first hand business experience, and networking with the industry's leading experts and experienced professionals. Through the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios. The Program will run for ten weeks starting June 2021. Created a flyer for a club? Helped your parents build a Power Point presentation for their job? If you have a passion for creating, for making things better…for marketing, advertising, communications and getting things done - you've come to the right place!* Assist marketing with presentations and development of new marketing material* Data Analytics: Analyze data and generate reports to help document and improve results with our trading partners utilizing our proprietary platform, PEAK, as well as our new visit tracking application - dig into the data and help us find what we are missing!* Conduct market research* Assist with press releases and announcements as neededQualifications:* Be proficient in office software, specifically the Microsoft suite. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.* Strong writing skills and desire to produce written content* Demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills* Effective business communication skills* Manage multiple projects, priorities, and be attentive to deadlinesEligibility:* Actively enrolled and in good standing at an accredited college or university, preferably majoring in Marking, Business Administration, Communications, Risk Management, or related field.* Students in the Class of 2022 preferred.Applications will be considered on a rolling basis.
