Leads the cardiology team to provide appropriate care through use of nursing process in collaboration with established policy and institutional philosophy. Works jointly with, assistant director, director, charge nurses, physicians, mid-level providers and staff to develop the department#s mission, vision, values, goals, policies and procedures. Requirements You#ll need a#Current Missouri Registered Nurse license or current Registered Nurse license from a compact state. Applicants must display standards of the Freeman Five-Star Promise which include Teamwork, Ownership, Compassion, Communication, and Professionalism. Must successfully pass Patient Care Orientation.
