Business Development Representative 3G Upgrade/Activation Vienna, VA (DMV Remote) Who We Are: Frontpoint is a rapidly growing technology and service company. Who You Are: As a BDR, you will be helping the team in making sure that our customers have the most up to date in home security technology. It is very important for us to know that our customer have the peace of mind that they have the best in tech for their loved ones. You will be the frontline in build stronger relationship with our current customer. What is Expected of You on Top of Day to Day Duties: * Assist new customers with setting up Frontpoint security equipment in their home or business * Perform system configuration, account activation and customer orientation, utilizing Frontpoint vendor websites * Guide customers through integration of video cameras with their home broadband network * Touch on current customers to explain features and benefits of upgrading to our new 3G system and products * Prospect opportunities through inbound customer contacts * Building/rebuilding value by making sure that our current customers have knowledge on our latest products * Most if not all calls will be outbound * Understanding customer needs and requirement * Manage multiple activities simultaneously including interacting with customers while using multiple software applications for research and documentation What You Bring: * Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with proven ability to communicate effectively over the phone * Able to warm and cold-call current customers * Excellent organizational skills, with extreme attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability * Energy and passion for delivering results in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment * Sales and customer driven attitude * Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective conversation style * Ability to connect with the team and make sure that metrics are being met * Knowledge on using an Outbound phone dialer preferred Perks and Benefits Include: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life w/Medical and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts * Paid Time Off includes Parental and Community Service * 401K Match, Pre-taxed Commuter Benefits, and Student Loan Refinancing Options * Wide Range of Retail Discounts, Discounted Gym Memberships and Subsidized Nutrition/Wellness Programs, Casual Dress Environment, Company Events, and more.
