We are an energetic, fast paced company looking for someone who will operate with integrity, energy and a passion for being the best.SUMMARYThe IC Business Care Specialist offers business support / business intelligence to new and existing contractors; demonstrating an approachable persona, aggressive listening skills and a solid business acumen that is responsive to the contractor at the moment. Furthermore, this position requires focus on owner operator happiness, business results, and retention of contractor by identifying opportunities to correct or improve current contractor business practices, skillful coaching techniques and the ability to be nimble to change when necessary.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:* Support contractor business results, retention of the contractor, relations efforts, electronic fund distribution, measure for positive cash flow, validate revenues / expenses with required documents ,along with other business intelligence and other support functions that may be necessary within the Contractor Care Group:* Engage new contractors on a scheduled engagement plan, assign quantitative scores and document qualitative responses that support the score.* During the scheduled engagement the IC Business Care Specialist shall measure contractor satisfaction levels regarding key support functions and assist with the contractor in using those support functions correctly.* During scheduled engagements with the new contractor, the IC Business Care Specialist shall identify areas of question and provide clarity to the contractor.* During the contractor engagements the IC Business Care Specialist may identify pain points and if identified, will seek resolution to those pain points.* The IC Business Care Specialist may engage at risk contractors, contractors who have terminated their contract and will seek to restore the relationship with Graebel Van Lines.* The IC Business Care Specialist shall serve as a resource to contractors who have problems affecting their performance, offer assistance, counsel, and may recommend outside resources as appropriate* The IC Business Care Specialist shall monitor business results and respond to exceptions that need assistance.* Providing facilitation, coaching and program management on company-wide and owner operator business Development & Effectiveness initiatives such as:* Online Orientation* Contractor Business* Contractor Business Coaching and Planning* Participation in disseminating owner operator business information to contractors through the weekly newsletter* Contractor formal and informal recognition* Exit Interviews* Assist with new contractor onboarding and ongoing support as a business partner.* Assist with other Care Group responsibilities as requested (e.g., qualifications, recruiting functions, business support, onboarding and other contractor support functions as deemed necessary by Contractor Care Group Leadership.RequirementsREQUIREMENTS:* Minimum 3 years contractor business support experience in a fast paced changing environment, preferably in office/warehouse environment is a plus.* Ability to communicate to clearly contractors / other Care Group members in both orally and written form* Ability to provide to interpret business results and consult with contractor on potential solutions by using internal and external resources as appropriate.
