Description A Retirement Plan Services Education Consultant will be responsible for the following: * Consult with RPS clients to determine their financial needs for their employees and retirement plan * Develop independently the education strategy of our clients using plan design and participant data as well as client input * Implement the education strategy for each client (approximately 100) under direct responsibility * Conduct on-site group meetings, individual sessions with participants, and webcasts to support the financial well-being and decision making tied to their financial needs and wants * Provide guidance and education regarding retirement plans, investments, and ERISA regulations to our clients' employees within RPS focused on independent consulting for each individual and their financial circumstances * Travel to conduct on-site meetings at RPS client's place of business * During client meetings with the client's employees increase participation in the retirement plan and drive revenue growth through on-site meetings and one on one meetings with employees * Present and consult on banking products and direct our clients to the appropriate resources to meet their financial needs * Consult with branch managers to inform them of banking opportunities with clients in their local area * Record results and communicate to RPS Relationship Managers opportunities for enhance the relationships with our clients * Build additional education materials to present across the RPS platform * Partner with Relationship managers to provide the best client experience
