Provider Outreach Representative

OverviewInovalon is seeking a Provider Outreach Representative to be responsible for engaging current users and potential users of ePASS through various outreach methods. The Provider Outreach Representative will work closely with the Senior Manager of Operations to ensure outreach requirements are being met in order to achieve corporate goals.Inovalon is a leading technology company that combines advanced cloud-based data analytics and data-driven intervention platforms to achieve meaningful insight and impact in clinical and quality outcomes, utilization, and financial performance across the healthcare landscape. Inovalon's unique achievement of value is delivered through the effective progression of Turning Data into Insight, and Insight into Action.Responsibilities* Responsible for Electronic Patient Assessment Solution Suite (ePASS) engagement;* Engage providers and introduce ePASS demos or webinars;* Attend training and associated workshops to increase ePASS knowledge;* Work closely with the Manager and Director to identify potential barriers to engagement;* Use Salesforce.com or other CRM tool to document various outreach attempts and engagement commitment;* Partner with a team to support email blasts, direct mail, phone and other outreach initiatives; and* All candidates to comply with all security policies/procedures.* Maintain compliance with Inovalon's policies, procedures and mission statement;* Adhere to all confidentiality and HIPAA requirements as outlined within Inovalon's Operating Policies and Procedures in all ways and at all times with respect to any aspect of the data handled or services rendered in the undertaking of the position;* Fulfill those responsibilities and/or duties that may be reasonably provided by Inovalon for the purpose of achieving operational and financial success of the Company;* Uphold responsibilities relative to the separation of duties for applicable processes and procedures within your job function; and* We reserve the right to change this job description from time to time as business needs dictate and will provide notice of such.Qualifications* HS Diploma Required;* 2+ years of call/contact center experience;* Confident and polished telephone presence;* Ability to understand ePASS from technical and business perspectives; and* Strong professional presentation that is highly organized, detail orientated and has results driven follow up and follow through abilities.
