Manufacturing Solutions Integrator
As Part of the ATTD (Assembly and Test Technology Development) manufacturing Ops Team in this role you would have the opportunity to be part of the development of Intel's future products ensuring a robust manufacturing process by developing solutions to support product's needs. Our processes are ever evolving, becoming exponentially more complex and a significant part of Intel's product performance and technical advantage. You would also be responsible for the process transfer to ATM (assembly test manufacturing) giving you exposure to the full Product Development Cycle from pathfinding to high volume manufacturing. This role is an integral part of the team that develops the technology to manufacture the product. This opening will support Client and 7 nm platform products, as well as drive New Product Introduction system and business processes enhancements for DATD (Die prep and Assembly Test development) primarily focus on Assembly and Test.
Responsibilities for this role include:
Planning and management of programs and projects that are directly tied to the development, implementation or upgrade of technology or products for external customers specifically targeted to their manufacturability.
Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program in support of platform integration on manufacturing expertise.
Works on problems/tasks in delivery of a specific product or service as the project manager. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create/track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other functions.
Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity.
Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures to perform non repetitive, analytical work.
Provide and deliver solutions to a wide range of difficult/complex process and technical problems leveraging networks and experts.
Communicates product requirement and process changes to all stakeholders.
Experience with modules and business processes in the factory to understand impact of process changes.
Prepare executive summaries and deliver to all levels of organizations.
Anticipate problems, identify solutions, and deliver on schedule.
A successful candidate for this position has communication, project management skills, influencing skills, analytical skills, tolerance of ambiguity and manage various projects at a time.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.
Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum qualifications and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
* Possess a bachelor of science in any engineering discipline with 5+ years' work experience or bachelor's degree in business or other technical field with 5+ years' experience in a technical engineering or project management role.
Experience with one or more of the following:
* Program or project management
* Factory or Fab development or manufacturing (manufacturing of other types not necessarily semiconductors)
2+ years' of experience with one or more of the following:
* ATTD and or ATM factory systems is a plus
* New Product Introduction is a plus
