LMP's all-inclusive vehicle subscription membership includes monthly swaps and covers insurance, maintenance and upkeep. It offers the flexibility to upgrade your vehicle to a more premium model or downgrade for a lesser cost model when you like. We 'Sell' our inventory, including automobiles previously included in our rental and subscription programs, to customers as well, and then we 'Repeat' the whole process. Mobile UI Application and Web Developer LMP Motors is seeking a qualified Mobile UI Application and Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position is a hands-on professional with strong knowledge of content management platforms, and an ability to translate our business needs into client-friendly functions that will expand our website's influence in our industry. As a developer, you will be responsible for updating our current online applications, as well as developing and implementing a usability testing process to insure that new website applications meet our company's requirements. You'll collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you should be able to design and build the next generation of our applications. Responsibilities and Duties * Create applications that address the phases of SDLC (software development life cycle) * Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release and support) * Produce fully functional mobile applications writing clean code * Gather specific requirements and suggest solutions * Develop comprehensive application testing procedures * Write unit and UI tests to identify malfunctions * Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance * Design interfaces to improve user experience * Liaise with Product development team to plan new features * Ensure new and legacy applications meet quality standards * Implement testing tools that monitor the ongoing performance of the company website * Research and suggest new mobile products, applications and protocols; translate observations into improved UI * Stay up-to-date with new technology UI trends and best practices Qualifications and Skills * Proven work experience as a Mobile UI Application and Web Developer * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Master's degree preferred * Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the App store or the Android market * In-depth knowledge of at least one programming language like Swift and Java * Experience with third-party libraries and APIs * Familiarity with OOP design principles * Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude * Proven knowledge of the most current security and web development programming languages * Ability to create support documentation for all new applications * Ability to perform in a team environment LMP Motors, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and administers all personnel practices without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, marital status, veteran status, genetics or any other category protected under applicable law.
