Overview Coordinate and manage creative projects across all consumer channels. Responsible for managing all creative projects to ensure all team members have what they need in order to work efficiently. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure creative projects meet business requirements and are completed on target. Ensure that all creative projects flow efficiently to from brand strategy to final creative completion. Responsible for keeping creative team on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics and keeping all parties updated on the progress. Manage the intake and assignment of projects and for managing the shifting of priorities to meet scheduled deadlines. What We'll Accomplish Together Essential Functions: * Work with creative team leadership to manage resource allocation and availability to ensure peak efficiency across creative team * Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of a project * Create and maintain creative master schedule * Distribute assignments to creative teams and other departments, depending on their availability and priorities * Coordinate meetings with internal business partners to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues * Manage projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly * Evolve and improve processes for all aspects of project delivery with a focus on maximizing quality, flexibility, collaboration, transparency, and speed * Run discovery and kick-off meetings for project inception and requirement gathering * Coordinate and run stand-ups and check in meetings with project/stakeholder teams * Admin. project management software for the marketing team Education, Experience and Skills Required: * Must have a bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a project management, account executive, digital producer, or similar role - Agency experience preferred * Experience managing and trafficking interactive, digital, print, OOH, and UX projects * Highly organized with an attention to detail; able to work autonomously and manage time effectively * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Possess an understanding of Adobe products, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Drive, and project management software - Wrike experience a plus * Ability to manage multiple high-stakes projects at once * Ability to simplify complex ideas into actionable goals * Possess a nuanced sense of when to strongly advocate for a decision and when to seek compromise * Ability to manage multiple agency relationships Massage Envy Franchise LLC Benefits: In addition to a great work environment, Massage Envy Franchise LLC offers Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits.  Paid Life Insurance and 401K, Generous Paid Holidays, vacation, and sick time.
