Will provide administrative and project support to federal clients. Responsible for tracking personnel actions and analysis and recommendations and quarterly reports. Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and have a desire to learn, grow and develop!Functional Responsibilities:* Initialize and track personnel actions between the OER offices and HR.* Analyze business and operating procedures to suggest most efficient methods of accomplishing work.* Develop quarterly reports from data and updates to distribute to the program areas.* Assist in the development of and maintenance of documentation such as standing operating procedures.* Establishes and tailors templates for activity and status reporting.* Develop and maintain data collection activities for metrics monitoring.* Develop reporting needs unique to the organization; utilize a wide range of computer based software in particular Excel and other databases.* Obtain information and data for staff; review and summarize materials and data. Gather and coordinate information for review, conduct data entry and file maintenance, edit and/or prepare text, data and charts as needed.* Interact and coordinate with Administrative Officers to ensure that optimum levels of support are provided for all organizational program requirements.* Respond quickly to changing work demands.* Other duties as assigned.Experience, Knowledge, and Skills Requirements:* Minimum of two (2) years of experience.* Excellent oral and written communications skills* Experience in human resources is a plus!!* Experience in independently performing administration duties that require tracking, review, and analysis; and submitting findings for higher level review.* Strong organizational, time management skills, and customer service skills* Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.* Must be detail-oriented.* Ability to maintain collaborative, positive relationships across organizational levels.* Intermediate proficiency in MS Office applications* Exceptional organizational skills and customer service skillsEssential Functions:* Must be able to communicate effectively across all organization levels* Must be able to focus on PC screen for a minimum of eight hours daily* Must be able to periodically lift up to 20 poundsEducation/Training Requirements:Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration; focus on human resources, or equivalent in a related field is highly preferred.
