Client Relationship Management VP WE OFFER Manage the profitable growth for identified national intermediaries, in particular those identified as Selected Brokers by the Munich Re Insurance Distribution Council at the enterprise level. With particular focus on major national brokers (Marsh, Aon, Willis, Lockton, etc.). Will be primary contact for Munich Re Insurance Distribution team to develop and lead the implementation HSB business development initiatives with assigned select brokers. Emphasis on understanding the client's business verticals and increasing wallet share and managing key metrics. Focus on property practices as well as new space (such as private client groups, group risk, casualty, benefits, etc.). Spans HSB product offerings (including equipment breakdown, cyber, IDR, HSP, etc.). In addition, develop and lead implementation of Business Development plans for each assigned intermediary. Identifies business opportunities, develops and fosters strong relationships with Clients and Brokers including C-suite executives of our distribution partners. Builds and manages a pipeline of distributor sales opportunities. Leads assigned teams comprised of business development, underwriting, claims specialists and other functions to successfully execute distribution plans and bring value to each identified client we service that assists them in achieving their strategies, goals, and direction. WE EXPECT Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree is required MBA or bachelor's degree in business, insurance, marketing, or statistics is strongly preferred CPCU or CIC or actuarial exams is strongly preferred 15+ years of industry experience in successful Commercial or Personal Lines underwriting and/or marketing positions leading to a management position. Experience in managing client business financials (P&L) Experience in Underwriting and Operations, and solid working knowledge devising marketing objectives and plans Commercial Lines expertise with working knowledge of Personal Lines and Reinsurance. Knowledge & Skills: Consultative Selling Financial (Business Finance) General Industry knowledge Insurance Concepts/knowledge Management and Leadership Excellent communications skills along as well as consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficient in PC skills, Power Point, Excel, PowerBI, and Word.
