MC-12 Sensor Operator- Oklahoma City Location: Oklahoma City, OK Type: Contracted to Full Time Min. Experience: Experienced * HIRING NOW FOR IMMEDIATE STARTS* ODL Services has multiple full-time openings for MC-12 Sensor Operators in support of our Training Systems Division in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates for these positions must have documented Active Duty Military aviation experience, ideally with SOF. They will be expected to support airborne training as part of an integrated ground and air team providing Mission and Continuation training to sensor and systems operators in accordance with a government provided syllabus and training objectives. Sensor Operators supporting this program will be expected to conduct classroom, ground and airborne training and to assist in the production of qualified Tactical System Operators. They will conduct mission briefs, execute sorties and then participate in debriefs and post mission documentation. A strong background in integrated flight and ground training is required to successfully fill these positions These positions are not subject to deployment overseas, but short-notice recall from off-duty hours to support emergent requirements, night, weekend and holiday work can be expected. Experience and Qualifications Required * Must be a US Citizen. * Must hold, or be able attain, an FAA Class III Medical Certificate. * MC-12 Operational flight experience within the last 2 years is required. * Must have at least 100 hours as a qualified sensor operator in the MC-12 and at least 500 hours of Operational ISR flight experience. * CSO experience in other tactical ISR platforms or AC-130 may be considered in lieu of MC-12 qualification. * Must have at least 8 years of military operational flying duty. * Strong background in ISR and flight support to SOF is required. * Experience in a military flight training capacity where student evaluation, mentoring and coaching was required is highly desired. * Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience supporting advanced flight training, working as part of a training team and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with a ground-based training team. * A current Secret clearance is required. * A current TS clearance with an investigation date that would support immediate SCI eligibility is desired.
