Job Description Summary:
Directs, coordinates, and manages all Associate Health clinic functions and operations. Responsible for operations, financial accounting activities, operating and capital budgets, implements and supports policies and procedures. Works effectively with Associate Health Medical director and care providers to assure timely and thorough communication and clinic efficiencies. Provides education and coaching support to staff and acts as a role model in support of the OhioHealth Mission Statement.
Master's Degree (Required)
Field of Study: Healthcare or Business Administration or related field required; A minimum of 7 years of related health care Experience preferably in an ambulatory care setting including 5 years of supervision or management Experience . A minimum of 10 years of health care management Experience , preferably in an ambulatory setting, may be substituted in lieu of education requirements in certain circumstances.
