Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Develop and manage talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical positions across the US * Create new strategies and techniques for sourcing efforts * Proactively identify networking opportunities and creative ways to generate new candidates for the Recruiting Team * Leverage social media platforms to network, create opportunities for new conversations, generate referrals, identify passive candidates for new opportunities and promote the Everside Health brand * Conduct market research to provide data and insights to better understand the market, and identify talent for our current and future job opportunities * Creation and delivery of reporting dashboards and KPI tracking for the leadership team * Conduct and attend networking events (in-person & virtual), manage scheduling with Recruiters, application review and conduct phone interviews Desired Attributes: * Forward-thinking; initiating and proactive * Creative and strategic * Track record of strong collaboration and strong communication skills * Commitment to Everside Health's Core Values: Patients First, Courage, Ingenuity, Fun, and Community * Being an enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment * Demonstrated ability to work effectively at both detail and big-picture levels and to obtain results * Able to balance and prioritize across multiple organizational needs and opportunities * Confident, energetic, organized and people focused Minimum Qualifications: * 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience required * High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred * Experience working with a HRIS & Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Comfortable and confident presenting data to leadership teams * Demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational skills * Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work setting * Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000
