Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage talent pipelines for clinical and non-clinical positions across the US
* Create new strategies and techniques for sourcing efforts
* Proactively identify networking opportunities and creative ways to generate new candidates for the Recruiting Team
* Leverage social media platforms to network, create opportunities for new conversations, generate referrals, identify passive candidates for new opportunities and promote the Everside Health brand
* Conduct market research to provide data and insights to better understand the market, and identify talent for our current and future job opportunities
* Creation and delivery of reporting dashboards and KPI tracking for the leadership team
* Conduct and attend networking events (in-person & virtual), manage scheduling with Recruiters, application review and conduct phone interviews

Minimum Qualifications:
* 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience required
* High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Experience working with a HRIS & Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
* Comfortable and confident presenting data to leadership teams
* Demonstrated strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work setting
* Proficiency in Outlook and MS Office Suite
Pay Range: $60,000 - $65,000
