Meet Our Team: The Customer Service Go-to-Market team defines and articulates the global go-to-market strategy for Pega's Customer Service solutions. We partner with sales teams as subject matter experts with strategic clients and partners, and drive scale through the creation of repeatable sales assets. We serve as thought leaders, and help our customers reimagine the future of Customer Service, drive adoption and business value. Picture Yourself at Pega: As the Senior Go-to-Market Readiness Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to design, drive and implement key business programs and tools to increase the performance of our global team. Your role will include, but not be limited to, developing deep understanding of go-to-market systems and working with cross-functional teams to drive Customer Service activation and transformational initiatives. You will report directly to the Sr. Director of Go-to-Market Excellence. What You'll Do at Pega: * Support Go-to-Market strategic priorities and business systems * Execute strategic projects related to field enablement, marketing and activation, in tight collaboration with GTM, Industry and Product teams * Collaborate on highly complex problems and gain insight into the company-wide strategic focus areas * Establish a high standard of delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and with the desired outcomes * Build a sense of community within the field, leading and driving monthly cadence calls * Establish fluid and high impact communication across the company's Customer Service stakeholders * Identify areas for improvement and efficiencies * Create and deploy new programs and processes that drive our selling motion with the field * Uncover opportunities for growth and scale within our field organization * Apply your flexibility to pivot nimbly on misc. projects as priorities evolve Who You Are: You are a highly energetic, adaptable, intellectually curious and driven professional with a proven track record of successfully coordinating winning Go-to-Market programs. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by uncovering new opportunities for innovation. You are an outstanding communicator, with excellent spoken and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
