Responsibilities As a member of the highly interactive Wintel Team, you will be responsible for providing remote hardware and operating system support for client data center environments which require the following experience: Extensive experience with Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 Server and VMWare Extensive experience with MS Clustering Extensive Window physical and virtual server Administration Extensive experience working with network infrastructure/traffic, VPN, PKI infrastructure, Single-Sign-On and Smart Card Sign-On Services, distributed file system (DFS)/DFS replication, Windows Active Directory, Windows Group Policies Strong understanding of TCP/IP and other networking principles Experience working with IIS, SQL Server Experience using Service Now Experience with AWS a plus Strong customer support skills Experience using Service Now Qualifications Requires 5 to 8 years with BS/BA or 3 to 5 years with MS/MA or 0 to 2 years with PhD. Skills: Professional written and verbal communication skills Experience writing documentation (e.g. SOPs) Strong customer service and support skills Ability to work on multiple projects/tasks at once and operate in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and possess organization skills to balance and prioritize work Power shell scripting Previous Change Management and Release Management experience Demonstrated teamwork/interpersonal skills. Highly accountable and strong work ethic A positive attitude and a conscientious commitment to customer service and problem resolution Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects Participate in team On call rotation and off hours / weekend patching support Public Trust Security Clearance is required for this position. US Citizenship is required for this position. For Colorado Residents Colorado Salary Minimum: $62,171.20 Colorado Salary Maximum:$132,912.00 The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation package for employees.
