If this is an environment where you feel you can thrive, then we invite you to join our team as our next Shipping and Receiving Associate.Your Impact:The Shipping and Receiving Associate will spend the majority of his/her day performing inbound and outbound functions including, but not limited to, shipping, receiving, bulk shipping, creating jobs, cycle counting of inventory, warehouse maintenance, and other functions as necessary.Youre Accountable For:* Loading and unloading pallets. Parcels, LTL, etc.* Inbound/outbound experience* Support the flow of work into processing (FIFO)* Comply with our 5S policies and procedures* Verify box count* Accurately estimating product to within 20% of container size* Bulk shipping responsibilities* Ensures proper labeling and packing slips for all outgoing product.Successful Pharmers Have:* Proficient with computers* Ability to assist in sorting as needed* Ability to safely operate a hand pallet jack* Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and customers* Knowledge of labeler codes, NDC numbers and manufacturer groupingsOur Next Pharmer Needs to Have:* Must have a high school diploma/GED* Forklift certification preferred* Prior experience in a warehouse environment* Attention to detail is required* Must be able to stand for an 8-hour shift and lift a minimum of 60 lbs.* Willing to work overtime and weekends as requested* Ability to successfully complete a background check and drug screen* Exceptional attendance is required. Must be punctual and coordinate days off with team to ensure appropriate coverage.
