The Capital Markets Advisory (CMA) practice provides independent capital markets advisory services for companies seeking to raise capital. customized solutions-oriented approach is tailored to company-specific situations in order to provide end-to-end support for our clients. Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 1 year(s) Preferred Qualifications: Preferred Fields of Study: Accounting, Finance Certification(s) Preferred: CFA Preferred Knowledge/Skills: As a CMA team member, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive investment banking industry experience, supporting our clients as they solve their complex business issues, from capital markets strategy to transaction support. Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs by: * Researching, identifying and analyzing the impact of current capital market trends; * Preparing materials that communicate findings and recommendations concisely and effectively; * Providing equity and debt markets analysis; * Proactively seeking guidance, clarification and feedback on assigned projects; * Performing comparable company analysis to help inform our client's capital markets decisions; * Contributing to the development of your own and team's technical acumen; * Keeping up to date with local and national business and economic issues; and, * Working on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand. Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs by: * Demonstrating a passion for stock markets; * Possessing industry-leading experience in investment banking, management consulting, valuation firms, or a corporate finance role; * Experimenting with automation & digitization in a professional services environment including but not limited to: innovating through new and existing technologies, along with experimenting with digitization solutions; working with large, complex data sets to build models and leverage data visualization tools; and * Working Location and work from home flexibility.
