Product Manager - Commercial & Business Card In this position, you will provide subject matter expertise and product oversight within Cards Product Management, with an emphasis on the Credit Card and Merchant Services product lines, overseeing the product's life cycle and coordinating appropriately with impacted service lines. Primary responsibilities include: * Serves as the SME and support for all business partners and assists in the development of product training * Leads product packaging, promotion, and development of market awareness for Commercial Card, along with client facing tools, capabilities and related Member Rewards programs * Manags new products and/or modifications to existing products through its product life cycle including, but not limited to creating client contracts/pricing, revising forms and documentation, testing and proactive internal and external outreach * Participates in contract negotiation for new and modified agreements with senior leaders and manages regular pricing reviews and product upgrades * Ensures regular reviews to update and create policies, procedures, guides and marketing materials * Prepares monthly/quarterly updates for management and various internal committees * Coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors for the successful execution of the cards configuration and implementations * Defines scope and objectives of projects by building rapport in the active engagement with other teams; Compliance, Legal, Audit, Vendor Risk Management, IT, Operations, Lending/Credit * Performs vendor selection and on-going vendor risk management including business owner reviews, completing the annual SOC/SOX evaluations, information security and other enterprise risk based reviews * Conducts product research to be well versed on the competitive landscape for existing and new technologies and to implement best practices * Identifies business requirements and client needs to create and present product and business plans Qualifications: * 5 Years of experience in Credit Cards (Issuer side) and payables within Commercial or Business Banking * Bachelors degree or related experience * Experience in Credit Cards (Charge/Revolving, Corporate,Virtual, T&E, Payroll) * Ability to define product propositions; must be able to convey the offering to various audiences * Direct experience with card vendors networks and processors; Mastercard/Visa, NYCE/Pulse, Fiserv/FirstData/FIS * Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio preferred * Excellent presentation and communication skills * Effective interpersonal skills, ability to foster external/internal business partner relationships * Great attention in written documentation and in the analytical review of data * Comfortable in fluid work environment, prepared to support a national sales force in the office and remote setting * Ability to work collaboratively across various departments Employee Benefits: * Competitive BONUS program * Excellent health benefits with award winning wellness program * Tuition and gym reimbursement * 401K with company match * Pet Insurance Join a winning team!
