Our goal is to bring people together and make lives richer by empowering individuals to reach their full potential in life.This position is responsible for various hearing aid line positions to ensure proper assembly and repair of Standard-made hearing aid products.You Will:* Hearing Aid Analyzer: Analyze Custom and Standard Hearing Aid Devices* Analyze Hearing Aids/Customer complaints using electronic equipment (multi-meter, drain meter, RTA)* Analyze Hearing Aids/Customer complaints using Inspire Software* Record component failures, Code complaint and actions, Order replacement parts* Record failures using the Pareto System and CQ Repair Analysis System* Record repair codes on order form* Order Replacement parts on order form* Communicate Quality issues* Communicate quality issue to PM-Quality-Technicians* Attend Departmental meetings and communicate issues with components and procedures* Communicate Information to Tech Support* Complete Repair Analysis Worksheets* Stay current on Starkey Products, Software, and Processes* Support production/customer service requests* React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned.Other Duties:* Support Corporate Health and Safety Objectives.* Work with immediate manager to address issues, opportunities and concerns.* Provide ideas, support and assistance for continuous improvement activities.* Support colleagues and other departments to deliver great customer service.You Will Need:Education:High School degree or electronics degree desiredSkills & Abilities:* Excellent attention to Details required* Strong organizational skills desired* Strong communication skills desired.* Good hand-eye coordination required.* Good manual dexterity required.* Good hearing to test sound of aid desired.* Verbal communication skills required.* Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.#LI-JW1
