In the fall of 2011, Stevens brought to the furniture market the first ever North American manufactured deep textured TFL panels. These deep textures, known as Artika & Rain Finishes provided a new dimension to furniture aesthetics. As demand grew an efficient and effective outlet to the market was needed.In 2011, Stevens began its StevensWood program with only 2 stocking distributors. By the end of 2019, StevensWood coverage has increased to 16 distributors and multiple direct OEM accounts throughout the United States.With the increase in capacity in 2019, Stevens' growth must continue in regions that offer great opportunity coupled with a strong sales presence. With an additional Regional Sales Representative in 2020, we see an opportunity for continued growth.The required job responsibilities and activities for a Regional Sales Representative - OEM Accounts are outlined below. Some of these duties are due weekly while others on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.1. Provide a written review of the weeks' activities to Stevens management including:* Identification of new target accounts* Sales Opportunities* Sales Activities* Call Reports2. Complete month end reports that include:* Architectural presentations (A&D StevensWood presentations, AIA-CEU accredited presentations)* New target OEM Account updates (progress, obstacles, timeline, sales dollars)3. Quarterly Business Review with OEM Direct Accounts* In person business review with each customer* Detailed update on architectural visits4. Annually complete Business/Performance Review with Direct OEM's, Sales Reviews and Stevens Executive ManagementAdditional job requirements:* Twenty-four presentations to architects & designers is required each year, trip can be combined with customer visits. Half of presentations need to be AIA - CEU accredited.* A high level of competency with Microsoft Office products due to the high level of reports.* Work closely with Stevens' Customer Service Representative on customer communication.* Assist Stevens Marketing Department with customer monthly e-newsletters, and project profiles.* Excellent writing skills are expected.* Ability to lift 20 lbs.Equal Opportunity Employer: disability/veteran* Bachelor's degree in a business related field preferred* Previous sales experience (eCommerce or business-to-business), preferably in a construction setting* Experience managing product lines, including marketing and sample programs
