Urban Outfitters, Inc., is a Fortune 1000 company with $4 Billion in revenue.Reports toManager of Digital OptimizationOverviewThe Digital Optimization Analyst will support the growth of the URBN portfolio (Urban Outfitters, Free People, Anthropologie, Nuuly, BHLDN & Terrain) through the execution of testing analytics and optimization recommendations. Reporting to the Manager of Digital Optimization, this role will execute accurate and thorough quantitative measurement tactics to enhance the performance and user experience of all digital platforms. This role will act as a subject matter expert for eCommerce digital measurement, supporting Brand, IT, Product/UX, and other central team partners with guidance and best practices relating to site/app tagging, data collection, and data availability. The right candidate will have a knack for identifying opportunities hiding within the data, and leveraging data to tell a story. The central Advanced Analytics team is a center of excellence for statistical and analytical exploration, and this role will contribute to evolving our best practices and reporting capabilities leveraged across all brands. The team's areas of focus may include, but are not limited to customer behavior online, segmentation and journey mapping, marketing performance, and insights discovery.Responsibilities* Clearly and concisely, communicate analytical insight through data, words, and visualizations.* Collaborate with Brand and Product teams on insights to drive and measure eCommerce enhancements.* Conduct quantitative analysis of site visitor behavior to identify visitor preferences and opportunities.* Develop behavioral profiles for site visitors; understand how the profiled visitor cohorts interact with and derive value from different site features.* Execute day-to-day ad-hoc analytic requests.* Collaborate with the Brand Analytics, Product and UX, Personalization, and Mobile Strategy teams on the development of customer journeys and KPIs.* Confidently be the voice of the customer and the numbers in all digital conversations.Qualifications* 2-5 years Analytics and eCommerce experience required with demonstrated ability to work independently to execute and grow analytics practices* Degree or relevant work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or related Analytical fieldsJob Skills* Possesses a strong analytical capability and uses logical thought processes to solve problems* Direct experience with Analytics tools for eCommerce e.g, Google Analytics, including custom dash-boarding, ad-hoc reporting, tagging, testing and implementation* Has an unparalleled attention to detail* Self-starting, entrepreneurial, and adaptive to changing priorities* Proficient in all MS Office applications; advanced Excel skills is a must* Excellent presentation and writing skills are a must* SQL programming skills are a plus, BigQuery experience is ideal* Data Studio, Tableau, Microstrategy and/or other data visualization tool experience is a plus* Experience with real-time analytics systems and dashboarding development is a plus* Experience with user segmentation, cohort discovery, and/or journey mapping is a plusLocationPhiladelphia, PAThe above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this classification.
