U.S. Bank is seeking a transactional lending attorney to join its Law Division to provide legal support to commercial lending in U.S. Bank's Corporate and Commercial Banking groups.
* Reviewing and structuring syndicated credit transactions and other lending transactions
* Providing legal support and advice to the commercial lending business lines
* Law degree
* Licensed by and in good standing with the appropriate state bar association or other appropriate state attorney licensing authority
* 5 to 7 years of experience at a large law firm or in-house at a financial institution reviewing commercial lending transactions.
* Thorough knowledge of laws and regulations impacting the subject matter and/or business line supported
* Strong public speaking skills
* Excellent writing and communication skills
